The following schedule outlines your proposed and confirmed crew assignments.

You can use the scroll bars to scroll down and left to right for more information. Each event has a dedicated (Confirmed Crew) Master and Chief Mate and anyone else that has Crew Request beside their name is a back-up, if not already scheduled elsewhere.

STATUS DEFINITIONS:

  • Crew Request - These events were categorised as preferred by you, but have not been allocated to you.

  • Draft Plan - These are your proposed duty events you have been allocated as crew, pending your feedback. The status will be updated to Confirmed Crew once your feedback has been received and you are confirmed.

  • Crew start - the date crew arrive at the vessel, to start pre-departure process.

  • Event start - the day clients arrive at the vessel.

  • Event end - the day clients leave the vessel.

  • Crew end - the day crew complete the vessel post-arrival process and depart (if not staying onboard).

  • Duty Days - these include the event days, plus 4 extra days (2 either side of the event). In most cases (if not already onboard) you will fly in 2 days prior to clients arriving and/or depart 2 days after clients depart, to allow extra time for planning, set up, pack up, debriefing, cleaning and maintenance.
