The 12 day Vanuatu Cruise on Silver Fern in June 2023 did not go well. Although the boat was sailed safely, the management of the customers onboard, created an atmosphere that was not enjoyable. I received complaints during the event (while at home) and was provided with 8 pages of feedback when I contacted the clients and crew afterwards for a debrief. The purpose of this video was to share with our clients, the action steps I took, based on feedback provided. The reinforces the importance of team work, leadership and communication.
