Your adventure begins at Vuda Point, a charming marina nestled on the western coast of Viti Levu. According to local legend, it is believed to be the landing site of the first Fijians who arrived in the archipelago more than 3,000 years ago.

As a sailing destination, Vuda Point offers excellent facilities, including a well-protected harbour, fuel services, and a friendly, welcoming community. Explore the vibrant local markets, indulge in traditional Fijian cuisine, and soak in the relaxing Sabeto Hot Springs and Mud Pool. The nearby Garden of the Sleeping Giant showcases a beautiful collection of orchids and tropical plants, perfect for a leisurely stroll. ITINERARY - update this section

You can fly directly into Nadi Airport in Fiji on the Xth ofJune 2025 or earlier. Our crew will officially assemble on the Xth of May for a crew welcome dinner before gathering on the Xth to familiarise you with the yacht, systems and safety equipment. You are welcome to stay onboard from the Xth of June onwards and we will aim to depart later in the day on the Xst of June for Vanuatu. We would expect to arrive in Port Vila on the 1st or 2nd of July and you can plan to fly out of Bauerfield International Airport, Port Vila from the afternoon of the 5th June onwards.

Inclusions

Your crew package includes; all meals onboard, crew meals in Fiji and Vanuatu, accommodation onboard, your Ocean Sailing Expeditions shirt, marina fees, the use of a PFD (personal floatation device), PLB (personal locator beacon), and a safety tether. Your bedding, a pillow and towel are also included along with suncream.

Exclusions

Your crew package excludes; accommodation ashore, flights and transport to and from departure and arrival ports, alcohol, toiletries, clothing and wet weather gear. You will need to complete either a 5-hour online or 2-day classroom based Sea Safety and Survival Training Course or equivalent prior to departure.
