What kind of people are we looking for?
We have a great business, amazing clients and truly love what we do. We value and respect our people and go out of our way to help you juggle all of the other demands and challenges in life.
What we can’t tolerate
Arrogant behaviour toward others and operating with a superiority complex
People who love saying “thats not in my job description”
People who drink too much, smoke, take drugs or do other destructive things to their health, that stop them performing at their best
Dishonesty, undermining the people around you and playing the blame game
Grumpy, old, reckless sailors, who have “been there, done that” and think they are bullet proof
People who do the bare minimum, just enough to get by and don’t really want to work
A lack of desire to learn, evolve and build something incredible that you can benefit from and help shape
Career mariners who are long past it, do the bare minimum and don’t see their primary role as serving our clients
A lack of eye for detail and lack of focus on quality.
What we value in you
Your desire to truly love the company and people you work with
You love sailing, adventure, travel, nature, your friends and the uncertainties of where life may lead
You go the extra distance every time for your team and you enjoy supporting others

Your love for life long learning and willingness to teach others
You embrace people of all ages, races and genders equally
