First Landing Resort, Fiji - wholesale booking rates
Introduction
Ocean Sailing Expeditions (OSE) operate in and out of Vuda Marina in Fiji. The marina provides excellent service to our crew, clients and vessels and most people stay next door at the First Landing Resort, when not onboard. Due to the volume of OSE crew and clients that have stayed at the First Landing Resort (since 2022), before and after our Yasawa Islands expeditions, we have been able to negotiate lower wholesale rates at a 25% discount, for your benefit.
Why not Denarau?
While Denarau have an excellent marina facility too, the surrounding accommodation options are $800 - $1,200 per night as a minimum and there can be limited availability, especially in school holidays. The hospitality at First Landing Resort is excellent, the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and there are cultural shows on 4 nights per week.
With wholesale rates as low as AUD$280 / NZD$313 / USD $177 per night, First Landing Resort offers excellent value and a range of villa, bure and apartment options for 1 - 12 people, that suit your budget and tastes.
Booking conditions
You must book directly with First Landing Resort, using the website form below to access the wholesale rates.
You must book and pay at least 3 months before arriving.
You must be an OSE client or clients family member, travelling prior to or after the OSE event.

wholesale Rates
Fiji’s tax (VAT/GST) is 15% and included in the With Tax total above. Rack rate is retail, contract rate with tax is what OSE clients pay per night. Rates are shown in Fiji dollars (FJD) and apply from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026.
Inclusions
Continental breakfast daily for all guests in room including bonus nights.
Upgrade to full cooked breakfast can be purchased at the Resort on a daily basis.
Welcome fruit drink on arrival.
All bures, apartments and villas have ceiling fans and are fully air-conditioned (lounges, kitchens and bedrooms).
All rooms have in room safe, complimentary coffee/tea facilities, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer and telephone.
Up to 2 children, 16 years and under share free with 2 adults staying in bures, villas & apartments.
Late checkout is 6pm is 60% of nightly rate and based on availability. It’s payable at resort on the day.
Early check in is 60% of nightly rate and based on availability. It’s payable at resort on the day.
Pre-registration is required for early flights to guarantee use of Bure, Apartment or Villa on arrival at full night's rate.
Rates are for OSE client bookings only.
Prices are subject to change due to currency devaluation or increase in government tax.

cancellation policy
Between 30 and 15 days: 1 night cancellation fee.
Between 14 and 8 days: 50% of nights booked.
Between 7 days and arrival: Full charge of all nights cancelled.
No-shows or days not used due to permanent departure, no refund will be given.
Ground transfers
Rates for First Landing Resort one way transfers to and from Nadi International Airport;
F$70 for 1-2 adults
$25.00 for each extra adult.
Children 6 to 12 years old are half price.

Garden Bures
All are duplex configuration plantation-style design.
They are built of solid timber with polished timber floors, high ceilings, and private screened verandah.
They have a bar fridge. Most bures interconnect through the verandah (on request).
Have a separate shower, no television and free wifi.
The sofa in most bures converts to a queen bed or 2 separate single beds.
Ocean Spa Bures
All are duplex configuration plantation-style design.
They are built of solid timber with polished timber floors, high ceilings, and private screened verandah.
They have a bar fridge. Most bures interconnect through the verandah (on request).
Have a shower over spa, no television and free wifi.
The sofa in most bures converts to a queen bed or 2 separate single beds.
Deluxe Garden Bures
Built from local timbers and featuring the same amenities as the garden spa bures.
Have a separate lounge and fully equipped kitchen with full sized fridge and all cooking and serving utensils.
Separate bedroom and ensuite.
Cable TV available.
Spa bath on request in some deluxe bures.
One king bed and sofa day bed in all bures which converts to a queen bed or 2 separate single beds.
One Bedroom Garden Villas
Have one bedroom with ensuite that is also accessible by a second door from the lounge.
The bedroom has king bed which can be split into 2 single beds.
There is a bath tub with shower in the ensuite in some villas.
The lounge has a fold out double "Murphy" bed.
There is a lounge suite and dining table with flat screen Cable TV.
The kitchen is part of the lounge and has a cook top, convection microwave oven, dishwasher, full size fridge and all cooking and serving utensils.
There is a washer and dryer.
There is a covered veranda leading to the private pool with a table and chairs, day bed and sun lounges.
Tropical gardens surround the pool in a private court yard.
Some of these villas are behind the two bedroom beach villas and just a short stroll to the beach.
BBQ stands are available on request.
Two Bedroom Garden Villas
2 bedrooms each with private ensuite and indoor and outdoor showers.
Each bedroom has king bed which can be split into 2 single beds.
The master bedroom has a spa bath.
Each villa has its own private tropical garden courtyard with a swimming pool and large covered verandah for exclusive use of villa guests.
The kitchen has a full fridge, microwave, cook top, dishwasher and all cooking and serving utensils.
There is a washer and dryer.
The living and dining room is furnished with lounge suite, dining table and flat screen Cable TV.
BBQ stands are available on request.
Two extra people can sleep in the lounge on either rollaway bed or fold out sofa bed.
