We are in search of 3 skippers, leaders and business owners, to join us and help grow Ocean Sailing Expeditions.

We have just released the opportunity for 3 licensed owner-operator's, to join our business and

bring additional, hands-on leadership to our team.

Are you ready to;

  • Take ownership of Silver Fern, Te Kaihōpara or Awen?

  • Lead and operate your own licensed sailing business, under Ocean Sailing Expeditions?

  • Leverage off our proven brand, marketing, partnerships and booking systems?

  • Take ownership of your own yacht and crew, and create great sailing experiences for our customers for 30 - 50% of each year?

  • Develop your own crew, who can operate the vessel, when you are not onboard?

What you can expect;

  • Ongoing coaching and hands-on support

  • Help with building a contract crew and meeting standards

  • Full marketing, admin and compliance support

  • Your own licensed business with revenue of $700k - $1m+ per year

  • Net income of $200k - $350k per year

This is not a start-up. You will enjoy;

What you will need;

  • Capital to invest in the purchase of the yacht and business

  • Sailing experience

  • Commercial qualifications (or a fast-track path to obtain these).

  • The ability to lead people, assess risks, good judgement and decision making skills.

  • Passion and great judgement
