Ocean Sailing Expeditions Membership was originally launched in May 2020 and was oversubscribed within 72 hours. This second release was also oversubscribed with waitlist only options now available.

This is a new opportunity (released 21st January 2023) has places for 35 additional members;

Ocean Sailing Expeditions Membership joining process

  1. Select your membership option using the membership application form above.

  2. You will receive an invoice from Xero within 24 hours for your AUD$1,000 refundable deposit.

  3. Once this is paid, your membership is confirmed and you will be sent a copy of your Shareholder Membership Agreement for review.

  4. If you pay your deposit after all 35 memberships have already been allocated, you will be placed on a wait-list in case of a cancellation.

  5. You can pay by credit/debit card or direct credit and payment options will be included in the Xero invoice.

  6. Your initial AUD$1,000 deposit includes a 7-day cooling off and change of mind period. You can also change your membership option/s within this period. This will be refunded if the yacht purchase does not proceed.

  7. You final payment for the balance in $AUD is due within 7 days of receiving your final invoice. This is likely to be 10-15 Feb 2023 once the contract is unconditional.

  8. Upon full payment; you will receive a tax receipt and your Shareholder Membership Certificate .

Other Membership Terms

  • The benefits can be applied to new, future event bookings only.

  • Your sailing credit can be transferred to a third party for use, but your discount cannot.

  • Sailing credit can be accumulated and does not expire.

  • You can alternate between cash and sailing credit dividend payments.
