If you book an event and then cancel prior to departure for any reason, 100% of your registration fees paid will be credited and transferred to another event of your choosing. All prices are in AUD.

Option 1: 50% deposit payable following the approval of your booking. Balance of 50% is payable 60 days before departure.
Option 2: 20% deposit payable following the approval of your booking. Balance payable in equal weekly automatic payments.
Option 3: 100% payable if less than 60 days until departure.

If you book an event and then cancel because of COVID-19 border control / quarantine restrictions, your registration fees will be 100% refunded in full or transferred to another event.
