Event Registration payment options

Payment option 1

50% deposit payable following the approval of your booking. Balance of 50% is payable 2 months before departure.

Payment option 2

20% deposit payable following the approval of your booking*. 80% balance payable in equal weekly automatic payments. Option available if more than 4 months until departure.

Payment option 3

100% is payable following the approval, if less than 2 months until departure.

More detail on terms. Once you submit your registration form, I will send you a confirmation email with your itinerary, links to checklists, key dates and airports. Submission of this form does not commit you to proceeding with your application if you change your mind. Our contact details will be in the confirmation email, for any questions you have.
Cancellations: If you book an event and then cancel before departure, 100% of your registration fee paid to date, will be credited in full, that you can transfer to another event of your choosing.
Please complete one registration form per crew member. All prices are AUD (Australian dollars). Payment by debit card, credit card, PayPal, Stripe and direct deposit available.
